1. ELIGIBILITY: There is no obligation to you, monetary or otherwise, for a chance to win. You must be an active employee in good standing with HC Salon Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hair Cuttery Family of Brands (the “Sponsor”) at the time of entry and at the time the prize is delivered. Entrants are limited to Salon Professionals, Assistant Salon Leaders and Salon Leaders employed by Sponsor during the Entry Period (the “Entrants”) in the states where Hair CutteryⓇ and BubblesⓇ salons operate. The prize supplier is the Sponsor. Immediate family members (spouses, parents and children) of employees are not eligible to win. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Drawing.

2. ENTRY PERIOD: Entry period for the drawing (the “Drawing”) begins at 8:00:01 a.m. EST on July 23, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2023 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Drawing.

3. HOW TO ENTER/WIN: Each qualifying Entrant will automatically be entered in the Drawing each month during the Entry Period. To qualify, each individual must achieve a highest combined result (Services & Retail) from any prior week as an Associate of Hair Cuttery Family of Brands. New hires must have 13 full and continuous weeks of employment to be eligible as an Entrant. Salon Leaders must achieve their personal weekly hair guide to qualify.

Every week that qualifying Entrant has their “best week ever,” they will be put into the monthly Drawing. The Drawing will take place on Tuesday following the last Sunday of each month during the Entry Period. The Stylist App will track each qualifying Entrant’s “best week ever” using the twelve (12) months of data for the first month. Each time a qualifying Entrant hits their “best week ever” it will update in the Stylist App.

Each month, four (4) winners from each Region will be selected randomly for both Hair Cuttery and Bubbles Salons from all eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Drawing.

4. PRIZES.

4 Winners Per Region Each Month:

$250 Cash

Limit of one (1) prize per person.

The prize awarded to each eligible winner will be paid in cash subject to all normal tax withholdings. Payment of the cash prize will be made within thirty (30) days after the Winners are drawn and announced.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners can only win once during the Entry Period. Prizes are non-negotiable and not redeemable for credit or merchandise and may not be extended, transferred or substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary, as determined at its sole discretion. Any individual cash prizes will be subject to all payroll taxes and withholdings.

6. WINNERS: Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and each of their employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents, managers, attorneys and advertisers (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Drawing as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Drawing. Each individual winner assumes all applicable federal, state and local tax liability for their prize. Any individual will be disqualified from winning a prize if the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, that such individual interfered with the Drawing. By participating in the Drawing you agree that the Sponsor shall be entitled to use your likeness or name in any promotional materials or other advertising without further consent or compensation in perpetuity and each shall have the unlimited right throughout the universe to use such information.
