Revive + Restore™ Contest & Drawing OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY: There is no obligation to you, monetary or otherwise, for a chance to win.  You must be an active employee in good standing with HC Salon Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hair Cuttery Family of Brands at the time of entry and at the time the prize is delivered.  Entrants are limited to qualifying salons (the “Entrants”).  Except for the Entrants, officers, directors, managers, and other employees of Sponsor, and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies (collectively the “Sponsor Entities”), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children), including those of Entrants, and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Drawing.

  2. SPONSOR: HC Salon Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is the sponsor (the “Sponsor”). The prize supplier is the Sponsor.  

  3. TIME TO ENTER: A chance to win the prizes in the Revive + Restore™ Contest & Drawing (the “Drawing”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on March 4, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on April 29, 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

  4. HOW TO ENTER/WIN. Each qualifying Entrant must meet the following conditions to have a chance to win:

    To qualify as an Entrant, each salon:
  • Must have the Highest Cibu® sales % of Home Hair Care (HHC) during the Entry Period.
  • Must have 7% HHC to Total Sales during the Entry Period.
  • Must be open 90% of operating hours during the Entry Period.

  1. PRIZES:There will be one winning salon per District.  One of those salons will win the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize will be awarded to the salon with the HIGHEST Cibu® % overall that qualifies with 7% of HHC to Total Sales.  The tie breaker would be the salon with the Highest % of HHC.

    Grand Prize:
    One (1) salon will win a day of training with Steve Waldman.

    Each Salon Professional in the Grand Prize winning salon will receive:
  • A “Your Hair Will Need a Curfew” T-shirt; and
  • An exclusive “limited edition” Cibu® product

    Prize:

    Each Salon Professional in all other winning salons per District will receive:
  • A Revive + Restore™ T-shirt; and
  • An exclusive “limited edition” Cibu® product

    Winning salons will be notified on or shortly after May 15, 2024.

  1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per salon. Individual prizes are limited to one (1) Salon Professional in a winning salon.  Prizes are non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged for credit or merchandise and may not be extended, transferred or substituted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary, as determined at its sole discretion.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Drawing. By entering the Drawing, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.

  2. NO LIABILITY: Entrants and winners, by their participation in the Drawing and/or acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the product suppliers, the prize supplier, the Sponsor Entities, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates, and each of their employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents, managers, attorneys and advertisers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Drawing, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Drawing. Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.  Any Entrant will be disqualified from winning a prize if the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, that such Entrant interfered with the Drawing.  By participating in the Drawing you agree that the Sponsor shall be entitled to use your likeness or name in any promotional materials or other advertising without further consent or compensation in perpetuity and each shall have the unlimited right throughout the universe to use such information.

  3. MISCELLANEOUS: Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Drawing rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to Virginia law, excluding choice of law provisions.  Offer void where prohibited or restricted and subject to federal and state laws.  For the name of the prize winner(s) or a copy of these Official Rules, please email [email protected] and you will be given information on where to send a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  You must do so by May 31, 2024.  Please include in the subject line of the email: “Revive + Restore™ Drawing” (please specify “Winner’s List” or “Rules Request”).
